MR PINCHY & CO WILL OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchased online, the item is significantly different to that shown or described to you, the item is damaged* and Mr Pinchy & Co in its reasonable opinion agrees, you are entitled to choose a refund, credit or have the product exchanged should we have it in stock, provided that the item is returned to us in original condition and the purchaser contacts Mr Pinchy & Co within 7 days of receiving the product.
*Damage: The piece is broken upon receiving, dinted, scratched or damaged in transit.
Please note: Dependant on the circumstances of the refund/exchange Mr Pinchy & Co reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether a refund on return postage expenses is given.
MR PINCHY & CO CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WHEN:
– No proof of purchase is offered by the purchaser.
– The goods have been damaged after the purchase i.e. have been dropped resulting in scratching, cracking, chipping, dinting or breakage.
Please Note: All Mr Pinchy & Co pieces carry with them a totally unique finish with no piece being exactly the same. This is due to the raw luxe workmanship of our products. Our pieces are made from brass and will tarnish (This does not warrant a refund). Cleaning/Polishing instruction are on our Product Care page.
Return Authorisation (RA)

Upon assessment our customer service representative will email you with a returns authorisation number (RA) and return address.
* No returns will be accepted without going through the above process.
IMPORTANT: In the event that your product is lost in transit, Mr Pinchy & Co will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by courier, Registered or Express Post with a tracking number.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that your proof of purchase can be an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from Mr Pinchy & Co recording that payment has been received.
